PdfXpo provides free, browser-based PDF processing tools including compression, conversion, merging, splitting, signing, and editing. Core tools are provided at no charge. All processing occurs locally in your browser — we do not receive, store, or process your documents on our servers.
2. Permitted Use Definitions
You agree not to:
